Gujung Gupo, the century-old production process through which red ginseng is produced, requires time, in-depth know-how and specific technology. Each one of these aspects is of vital importance to obtain this one-of-a-kind product.
In Korea ginseng is patiently cultivated for 6 years and only then is the root delicately harvested and selected by experts. During the quality control process the hardest roots are discarded while the smoothest ones are kept, accurately washed and left to dry in the sun.
